Summary of Job Duties:

The Solution Center Consultant in the Division of People & Culture plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support and guidance to employees and departments across the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR services.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Four years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management or related field.

  • Three (3) years of HR experience preferred.


Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

  • Performs general office functions for HR data processing including, but not limited to, running ad hoc and scheduled reports, data entry, data reconciliation, mailing, filing, sending correspondence, and sorting and routing incoming mail.

  • Manages and maintains employee files. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.

  • Documents employee calls and in person communication. Ensures proper triage, escalation, and effective resolution of higher-level issues.

  • Builds and maintains effective business relationships with departments campus-wide. Assesses employee needs and provides accurate information on HR-related topics. Meets or exceeds acceptable standards of metrics such as hold time, length of call, and transfers as established by manager and/or HR leadership.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
