We seek an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our company's growth through proactive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint and pursue potential leads, utilizing insights into market trends, industry news, and the competitive landscape

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers, generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach across various channels.

  • Employ advanced prospecting tools and techniques to collect data on potential clients, aligning our Rollups value prop to their business needs and challenges.

  • Develop tailored outreach strategies by gaining a thorough understanding of each prospect’s business context and meticulously documenting interactions and findings in our CRM for strategic follow-up.

  • Efficiently manage and track lead engagement and progression using CRM tools, ensuring a systematic approach to lead generation and relationship building.

  • Achieve and surpass targets related to lead generation and the setting of sales appointments.

  • Continually refine and optimize lead generation strategies and processes.

  • Stay abreast of Rollups offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an SDR (preference for candidates with a background in hardware/technical SaaS and/or hardware/industrials sales)

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
