Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Broker to focus on foreign properties in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with international clients, identifying potential buyers for foreign properties, facilitating the sales process, and participating in sales events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to represent the company at industry gatherings.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential international clients interested in purchasing properties in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan.
  • Conduct market research to identify the most attractive foreign properties for buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international clients, including developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to international clients on the sales process, including property valuation, financing options, legal requirements, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, property developers, and financial institutions, to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate foreign property viewings to interested international clients, highlighting the unique features and investment potential of each property.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and coordinate with legal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic indicators, and legal changes affecting foreign property investments in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
  • Participate in sales events and exhibitions to promote foreign properties and represent the company in the real estate industry.

Requirements:

  • A valid CEA RES license.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Broker, preferably with a focus on foreign properties.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proactive cold calling to identify potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, while also being a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with legal and financing aspects of foreign property transactions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages preferred.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to participate in sales events and exhibitions.
