Job Description:
This job is responsible for contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include performing limited coding, testing, and metadata management to drive cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement under guided supervision. Job expectations include interacting primarily with internal team, providing support for platforms and operations.

The Channel Management & Delivery team has an open position to support the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise direct mail marketing.   We are looking to have a dynamic, detail-oriented professional join our team to bring direct mail campaigns & innovations to market.   This role will be responsible for supporting multiple monthly campaigns, working with business partners to drive all creative execution elements.  This role will leverage data to support & deliver ongoing improvements. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail oriented, with an ability to work in fast paced environment and adhere to critical due dates and timelines. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable interacting with both marketing and agency partners to drive creative development.

Job Profile Summary:
Independently develops and directs marketing campaigns and programs for Card Services. Participates in the overall marketing objectives and recommendations on strategies including pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future strategies. Full knowledge of Card Industry, financial metrics and P&L drivers required. May have management responsibility

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute and produce mail for multiple products to existing and new prospect clients. 
  • Manage development updates and test strategies through all phases of the execution workflow, working with marketing, agency, legal, brand, product, and channel partners. 
  • Clearly communicate and champion options and tradeoffs with partners. 
  • Manage work streams by breaking down complex projects into steps and communicating timelines to stakeholders. 
  • Promote ongoing simplification to continuously improve capacity and productivity. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing and executing direct marketing campaigns. 
  • Knowledge of direct mail tactics and creative development for direct mail marketing.
  • Understanding of HTML with ability to read/write logic statements.  
  • Strong organization skills and consistent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
  • Understanding rules and regulations that govern mail marketing. 
  • Experience working with creative vendor partners 
  • Self-motivated, ability to adapt to changing requirements, and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, matrix organization. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Desired Skills: 

  • Financial services experience.
  • Experience in production with knowledge of direct mail tactics and creative development for marketing.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$83,000.00 - $118,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
