Clinical Coordinators Make It Possible - ED Department -Full Time Evenings

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring optimal continuity of care for patients and their families. In this role, you will ensure support, coordination, and education of care by fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams. Play an integral part in the patient experience through clinical assessments and follow up for and work with closely with our novice ED nurses.
This is a full time Evening shift position with some day shift requirement , working varied start and end times , 4 , 10 hour shifts .
Preferred Criteria:
Masters in Nursing
Prior experience in acute care .
CEN or willing ness to obtain in 1 year
Recent preceptor experience
Required Criteria:
BSN
Current NYS RN Licensure
At least 5 years of experience (Adult Ed and Peds)

$113,500-$158,500/Annual
