In this role, you’ll drive technical projects that enhance transformer technology, reduce costs, and support sustainable energy solutions.
You’ll collaborate with global and regional teams, manage complex project timelines, and ensure successful execution from concept to completion. Your leadership will help shape the future of energy distribution through cutting-edge research and development.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead and manage transformer technology improvement projects
Coordinate cross-functional and multi-location project teams
Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules
Track financials and report deviations
Ensure adherence to project methodology and internal standards
Identify and mitigate risks with the R&D team
Handle change requests and stakeholder communications
Build strong relationships with local and global teams
Your Background
Degree in Engineering or technical project management
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in R&D
Experience with transformers and product development is a plus
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
