Lead compensation processes: Own key compensation activities across Freudenberg Chemical Specialities (FCS), including annual salary reviews, bonus review cycles, and job grading initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to HR, business leaders, and management on all Compensation & Benefits-related matters.
Drive compensation programs: Implement compensation policies, support harmonization initiatives, and continuously enhance existing frameworks and processes.
Enable data-driven decisions: Leverage market benchmarks and compensation analyses to provide transparency and develop actionable recommendations.
Optimize processes and systems: Contribute to the design and execution of compensation processes in Workday and support the standardization of structures and systems.
Support change initiatives: Facilitate the successful implementation of new compensation and benefits programs through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Education: University degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication skills: You can translate complex compensation topics into clear, audience-appropriate messages and communicate effectively across different management levels.
Stakeholder management: You thrive in an international matrix environment and act as a trusted partner to HR, business leaders, and management.
Compensation & Benefits expertise: You bring solid experience in Compensation & Benefits and have successfully managed compensation processes and programs.
Analytical mindset: You use data, market benchmarks, and compensation insights to develop well-founded recommendations and support informed decision-making.
Languages: You communicate confidently and effectively in both German and English.
