Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop applications based on business needs. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. - Document application design, architecture, and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Purchasing (MM PO). - Strong understanding of SAP MM module and its integration with other modules. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM Purchasing processes. - Knowledge of SAP MM master data management and procurement processes. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP MM PO solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba. - Familiarity with SAP MM integration with other modules like FI, CO, and SD. - Experience in SAP MM support and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of SAP MM best practices and industry standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Purchasing (MM PO). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
