Your Role at Delta Faucet

Do you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with different teams to support meaningful business decisions? Delta Faucet Company is looking for a motivated Demand Planning Intern to join our Demand Planning team and gain hands‑on experience in forecasting, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

As a Demand Planning Intern, you will support the team in developing monthly forecasts of customer demand for finished goods. You’ll work with tools such as Kinaxis Maestro, Power BI, and Excel while partnering with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Your work will contribute to improving inventory management, production planning, and overall service performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing forecast data to help minimize variance and support customer order fulfillment and inventory goals

  • Participate in weekly or monthly forecast review activities for assigned product categories

  • Support collaborative meetings with Sales, Marketing, and other partners to gather insights related to product launches, promotions, and lifecycle changes

  • Help identify drivers of forecast variance by analyzing data, researching root causes, and proposing potential improvements

  • Work with manufacturing and operations teams to understand how demand changes impact production and supply planning

  • Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives, including projects related to the rollout of the new Kinaxis Planning Software

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, or summaries to support team decision‑making

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills and interest in working with data

  • Experience with Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus

  • Ability to work independently with guidance and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize findings and contribute to team discussions

  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for solving problems in a dynamic business environment

This position will pay $19 - $21/hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience and education level.
