Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong technical skillset to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including 2 years of expertise in Lightning Web Components development. They should be proficient in Apex, JavaScript, and Aura components and have a thorough understanding of the Salesforce sharing model. The candidate should have a track record of developing customer-facing interfaces and working with application and software development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications, features, and functionality
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Job Description:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with experience working as an individual contributor as well as leading/mentoring the team if required.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, including Cases, Email Handlers, Omni-Channel, Tasks, Events, and Accounts.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and both inbound and outbound integrations.
• Nice to have: Certifications in Admin, PD1, and JS1.
