Summary:

The Vein to Vein (V2V) team's patient-centric work is right in the middle of the action supporting both the Clinical & Commercial organizations early on from patient enrollment and order submission through to the treatment delivery and patient infusion. Our team plans demand actualization for manufacturing on a by-patient basis. We also manage the Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody for each patient and support the Customer Order Management Process. These are vital elements of the Autologous Cell Therapy Treatment Experience that you will encounter in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient scheduling for a manufacturing site in the United States

  • Ensure the site schedule is optimized and batches prioritized based on business rules

  • Support finite scheduling through close partnership with Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality

  • Provide insights on projected inbound apheresis to track turnaround time and slot utilization targets

  • Ensure accuracy of manufacturing slot allocations within Order Management ecosystem

  • Foster excellent cross-functional relationships with Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, and Warehouse through quick, accurate, and reliable communications and service

  • Track and communicate batch statuses within the facility

  • Support exception management including all types of re-manufacturing and adjustments

  • Recommend and implement process improvement plans

  • Subject Matter Expert in Vein to Vein ERP and Salesforce process flows

  • Perform tasks in a manner consistent with the safety policies, quality systems and cGMP requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or other equivalent field preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant work experience

  • Supply Chain experience and an understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes & procedures

  • Experience working within multiple manufacturing, planning, and quality systems including SAP

  • Clear ability to summarize and present results

  • Proficient in clear and effective communication for all levels of the organization; good written and verbal communications skills

  • Understanding of critical issue resolution processes and requirements

  • Fosters continuous learning and development environment through effective feedback, self-awareness, and sharing lessons learned

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a CAR-T supply chain setting

  • Organized and capable of working on a cross-functional team with optimism and positivity

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of Chain of Custody and Chain of Identity

  • Detailed scheduling experience

Other:

  • Requires up to 10% domestic and/or International travel

  • This position requires ability and flexibility to work on weekends/off hours for patient support

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79,000.00 - $127,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
