Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Dealer management
• Perform dealer selection as required by Gilead
• Help dealers build work systems and teams that meet Gilead's requirements
• Achieve Gilead objectives through communication and management with dealers
CSO sales management
• Effective establishment of academic platform communication and academic influence within the region.
• Ensure the implementation and achievement of marketing and strategic objectives through effective cooperation with internal and external business partners.
• Effectively manage and develop external CSO teams, build and manage compliant CSO high performance teams.
• Achieve sales targets
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine is preferred, excellent knowledge in product and disease field
• Excellent internal and external communication skills
• Keen ability of data analysis and industry insight, quick development of strategy and action plan, solid marketing management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Excellent regional management, channel management, team management and people management experience
• Be positive, challenge and take responsibility
• More than 2 years of regional sales management experience in foreign company, preferably in the field of anti-infection and tumor

• 有效的管理和发展CSO外部团队,建立和管理合规的CSO高绩效团队。
• 达成销售目标
职位要求:
• 本科及以上学历,医药相关专业优先,优秀的产品及疾病领域知识
• 优秀的内外部沟通协调能力。
• 敏锐的数据分析能力和行业洞察力,快速制定策略形成行动计划,扎实的制药或医疗行业营销管理经验
• 优秀的区域管理,渠道管理,团队管理和人员管理经验
• 积极向上,勇于挑战,勇于承担
• 2年以上外企医药公司地区经理/大区销售管理经验及市场部相关经验,抗感染领域优先。
