A highly motivated Cloud Transformation Leader who can drive significant change within the infrastructure ecosystem. This critical role requires a leader who not only possesses strong technical expertise in cloud technologies but also has the strategic vision and leadership skills to drive transformational change across the organization. This leadership role is pivotal in aligning business and IT objectives to achieve innovative solutions and improve overall agility and security of our infrastructure.
  • Foster effective collaboration between business stakeholders and IT leaders to successfully transform the infrastructure ecosystem while driving meaningful business value
  • Develop and implement cloud architecture, blueprints, and guiding principles that align with Amynta's business goals. This involves setting the direction for how cloud technologies will be integrated and utilized across the organization.
  • Lead the definition and execution of the cloud transformation program to evolve the Amynta cloud infrastructure. This includes the migration of private data center applications and infrastructure, security, network infrastructure, maturing DevOps practices, and application enablement.  This includes strategic planning and definition, strategy, infrastructure design, security, DevOps and automation, governance and compliance, stakeholder and change management.
  • Ensure that the cloud infrastructure supports and enables business innovation by fostering agility, resilience, and efficiency. This may involve identifying and implementing new technologies or methodologies that enhance business capabilities.
  • Prioritize the highest standards of security and compliance throughout the cloud transformation process. This is critical to safeguarding Amynta's data and infrastructure.
  • Continuously monitoring the effectiveness of the cloud infrastructure and optimizing as needed to ensure it meets performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency goals.
  • Building and leading a team responsible for implementing and supporting the cloud transformation initiative. This includes fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning and growth providing training and education to the enterprise on cloud technologies, best practices, standards, and patterns.  This includes identifying training needs, developing training programs, collaborating with subject matter experts, promoting continuous learning, and creating knowledge sharing platforms.
