Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing innovative solutions to address complex challenges. With your expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain applications using SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Design and implement software solutions that align with business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand business needs. - Contribute to the development of technical specifications and system documentation. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP technologies. - Knowledge of SAP IBP modules and their integration with other SAP systems. - Hands-on experience with SAP IBP configuration and customization. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM). - Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud. - Experience in integrating SAP IBP with other enterprise systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A minimum of 15 years of education is required.
