A great opportunity has been presented at St Vincent's Private Hospital, Kew Campus. We are looking for an Orthopaedic/Oral Maxifaxillary/Plastics and Opthamology/Vitro Retinal Enrolled Scrub Scout Nurse to join our perioperative team on a permanent part time (0.8 EFT) basis working 64 hours a fortnight. 


Selection Criteria

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, Division 2.
  • At least two (2) years experience working in Operating Theatres / Perioperative Services.
  • Must have a degree of flexibility to work varying days/hours to meet the operational needs of the hospital and to participate in a rotating roster. (No public holidays)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both in a team environment and autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing and fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to be able to work collaboratively and consult with the perioperative team to ensure the best practice and patient outcomes are achieved.
