Clinical Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager - RN – Burn ICU - Full time - Rotating/ Evenings

Join us, and manage the delivery of high-quality care to patients in the Burn ICU at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Collaborate with transformational Patient Care Director to establish short- and long-term goals for their units. Help mentor new staff. Communicate with all levels of leadership. And facilitate efficient, cost-effective unit operations.

This is a full time, 4-day/week position, working Rotating shifts and flexible evening shifts to accommodate operational needs , 2pm to 12am or 4Pm to 2am , and every other Sunday.
Preferred Criteria
· Master’s Degree in Nursing
Required Criteria
· At least two years of acute care RN experience
· Demonstrated leadership skills
· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
· Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
· BCLS certification

Salary Range:
$130,000-$155,000/Annual
