What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver solutions or find new opportunities for a positive customer experience utilizing independent judgment and sales methodology.

  • Initiate and answer sales inquiries directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers to promote product offerings, services and capabilities.

  • Promptly and accurately respond to prospective or existing customer information requests.

  • Monitor/follows up on sales activities throughout the process to meet or exceed customer requirements from initial contact to order fulfillment.

  • Maintain and expand sales with existing accounts through a high level of customer service and customer knowledge (e.g., Distribution Total Available Market (DTAM), projects in pipeline, critical start dates).

  • Work in a team environment, proactively coordinates sales efforts and strategies with internal resources such as product, materials, field sales and suppliers.

  • Effectively communicate with customers regarding current product information and provides accurate and detailed pricing, quotes, and input on products and final solutions.

  • Coordinate existing customer requirements for inventories, delivery lead time and unit prices.

  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal person:

  • Brings extensive knowledge of organizational practices, procedures, and role responsibilities, enabling a high level of contribution.

  • Completes complex assignments using sound judgment, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills

  • Works effectively with minimal guidance, applying independent judgment and creativity to achieve optimal results and handle new situations

  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners, responding professionally to customers, senior management, and key stakeholders

  • Understands the impact of actions, maintaining accuracy and accountability where decisions can significantly affect business outcomes

  • Possesses a minimum of five years of relevant experience, with expert knowledge of customer needs, products, and complex business services

  • Demonstrates a proactive approach by identifying and qualifying new customers to expand and strengthen the account portfolio

  • Uses Excel confidently for analysis, formulas, data manipulation, and problem-solving

  • Communicates effectively in English (B1/B2 level)

  • Shows willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays, for customer visits or training.
