The Revenue Product team uses creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. This team of Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform to drive value and success to our customers.
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Ad Ranking to join the Revenue Product team.
What you'll do:
Develop and launch machine learning powered products and services that help our advertisers, while being conscientious and cautious of impacts on core user experience.
Stay up to date on the mobile advertising industry and solutions, ensuring Snap’s product portfolio continues to meet the needs of its customers
Define, manage, and execute a long-term roadmap which includes ML powered and data intensive products
Define, manage, and execute against a long-term product roadmap
Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of ad machine learning technologies
Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
Exceptional analytical skills
Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization
A strategic mindset and product-minded thinker
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large scale machine learning platforms (e.g. feature management, model training and evaluation, etc.)
MS in advanced quantitative subject matter (e.g. statistics, engineering, finance, math)
Experience with product design, software development, or interaction design
Familiarity with BigQuery, Python, R, Minitab, or SPSS

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
