You will join the Corporate Development / M&A team responsible for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures across all our business areas (Strategy & Consulting, Interactive, Technology, and Operations). In this role, you will be involved in the entire process, from origination to transaction closing. You will primarily work in English within a multicultural team composed of a wide range of internal experts and external advisors.

Your Missions:

• Identification and qualification of acquisition opportunities;
• Financial modeling: creation of business plans, valuation of targets, and construction of business cases;
• Collaboration with operational teams to determine expected synergies;
• Preparation of support documents for the investment committee and other Accenture governance bodies;
• Organization and coordination of due diligence processes (involving internal and external stakeholders), including managing Q&A processes and preparing a summary of identified issues;
• Conducting analyses to support contract negotiations.

The projects you will work on may involve all geographies within the European zone (France and International).

Your Profile:

• You are a graduate of a top-tier business or engineering school, with a specialization in Corporate Finance;
• You have 4 years of experience in high-level finance, gained either in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) (in a boutique or within a corporate), in a private equity fund, or within the "Transaction Services" teams of a Big 4 firm;
• You have a solid understanding of investment accounting, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows;
• You possess excellent financial modeling skills (primarily using Excel);
• You are meticulous and detail-oriented;
• You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity, enabling you to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and seek out necessary information;
• You are fluent in both French and English.
