THE ROLE

The Pricing Entry Analyst will assist in “make-it-happens” the pricing strategies. This role includes collecting data, supporting the pricing team with research, and helping to maintain pricing databases. 
In addition, the role covers the transfer price management, which sets the prices for transactions between sister companies within XYLEM. This management is crucial for multinational corporations to comply with international and local regulations.
Her/his role is critical to ensure customer satisfaction and quick on field problem solving.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Enter pricing information into company systems accurately and efficiently

• Update and maintain pricing databases

• Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies

• Generate and analyze pricing reports for management and sales team

• Identify trends and opportunities for pricing optimization

• Set pricing benchmark standard and metrics

• Make recommendations for pricing strategies based on data analysis

• Communicate pricing updates and changes to relevant stakeholders

• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss pricing and market trends.

• Communicate with sales team to ensure pricing alignment with contracts and agreements

Qualifications:

• Experience in Data Analysis

• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Fluent in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Statistics or Engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• An experience in the Front-End or Customer Service area is a plus.

• Experience in dealing with complex organization and processes (ability to work across boundaries) is a plus.

• A second European language is a plus.
