Responsibilities

• Responsible for administration and management of engineering environments for products and projects

• Responsible for the deployment, upgrade, migration & training of engineering tools / environments

• Assist in the rollout of engineering processes / practices

• Install OS, COTS and other software needed for product lines / projects

• Participate in the continuous improvement of the Department/Discipline

• Assist purchasing hardware/software

• Coordinate with overseas team, engineering team & IT department

• Organize and conduct training sessions (example: Network, OS, COTS set-up ...)

• Provide technical documentation

Requirements

• Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Sysetm or other relevant education background

• Minimal 2 years of experience system / network administration

• Solid experience in Proxmox or vSphere, (vCenter + esxi) is required

• Solid experience in any of: system administration (Linux, Windows), Linux shell scripting is required

• Experience / Knowledge in Networking, CCNA certificate is an advantage

• Experience / Knowledge in any of: Cloud Foundry + Kubernetes is an advantage

• Experience / Knowledge in CI/CD and DevOps activities (i.e. Ansible & Jenkins) is an advantage

• Self-motivated, and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Opportunity to travel for short missions

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
