Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and prioritize ServiceNow incidents and service tickets related to data operations workflows.
  • Manage ADO requests, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to support ongoing processes.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for applications and systems, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Oversee user and permission management, ensuring compliance with security protocols and data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build workflow expertise and foster community engagement.
  • Document processes and updates in the knowledge base for future reference and operational continuity.
  • Write SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis, supporting decision-making and operational insights.
  • Work with APIs to integrate and automate processes, enhancing overall system efficiency and data flow.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure application functionality aligns with user requirements and operational needs.
  • Assist Product Owners in gathering requirements for new product development and enhancements to improve workflow processes.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, diagnose system performance, and monitor logs to provide timely resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage service tickets effectively.
  • Proficient in SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
  • Familiarity with APIs and automation processes.
  • Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving application issues.
  • Understanding of system performance monitoring and log analysis.
  • Knowledge of data operations and workflow management best practices.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Experience in user and permission management with a focus on compliance and data governance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and share knowledge effectively.
  • Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure application functionality meets user needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking for decision-making support.
