We are currently looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our Finance team as a Financial Reporting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with at least 1 - 2 years of post qualified experience to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation and contribute to our success with the opportunity to develop and leave their mark on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Month-End Close: Oversee the month-end close process, including O2C/Revenue accounting, IFRS 16 compliance, intercompany postings, payroll accounting, balance sheet reviews and G&A cost center management.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare and analyse cash flow forecasts, factoring in multi-currency exposure and group loan requirements.
  • Budgeting: Business partner and lead the headcount and G&A budget processes in collaboration with teams such as People, Strategy, and Legal.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statutory financial statements and monthly/quarterly reporting packs for submission to the Global Finance team.
  • Audit: Lead preparation for external audits, management of addressing audit queries, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Tax Management: Oversee corporate tax submissions, including capital allowances, R&D claims, VAT return submissions, and reconciliations.

Who You Are:

  • Qualified Accountant: ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent with at least 1 - 2 years of post-qualified experience, strong grounding in financial accounting principles.
  • Audit & Reporting Expertise: Experience in managing external audit processes and month-end close.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver accurate results.
  • Multitasker: Able to work efficiently under pressure, balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-Solver: Proactive in finding solutions, continuously improving processes, and handling challenges effectively.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative setting, working with Global finance and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the London office or at a DC site, 2 days flexible working per week
