The Role:

• Coordinate management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects where the project's scope is aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continous improvement/lean efforts.

• Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of stategic initiatives.
• Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
• Providing technical training and guidance for continous improvement on the planning, development and implementation of process improvement.
• Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.

Salary: £64,663.00 - £84,062.00 (Depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent.
Hours: In office Monday - Friday, full time 37.5 hours.
