Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that span multiple disciplines. The role focuses on integrating various components within the ecosystem to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. The position also involves developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively engaging in code reviews. Monitoring and reporting defects are integral to supporting ongoing improvements in the testing workflow, ensuring robust and reliable software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of testing frameworks and automation tools.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with designing and executing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and quality assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with security testing and API validation techniques.
- Ability to configure and manage test environments and data to support comprehensive testing activities.
- Skilled in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to facilitate continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
