The Production Control Leader for TS HGP SC will demonstrate leadership through driving operational excellence while delivering to our customer needs and meeting our financial commitments. In this role, you will own fulfillment for your focus area and the related KPIs. You will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and drive improvements to tools and processes pertaining to production control.

Job Description

What you’ll do

• Lead the cross-functional teams in executing the master production schedule in a way that meets customer needs, business goals, and maximizes supply chain velocity.
• Lead all scheduling and processes to ensure customer demands are met on time.
• Develop and drive schedules, recovery plans, and prioritization across your focus area to ensure customer fulfillment while maximizing business impact.
• Develop and implement a common set of KPIs, tools and practices to drive accountability across all functions of the organization.
• Drive a culture of rigor around planning and scheduling processes and execution across the supply chain network to achieve 100% BA.
• Work closely with the Supply and Procurement teams to understand priorities and ensure the Supply Plan is implemented.
• Mentor and empower team members in the attainment of goals with respect to schedule adherence.
• Work collaboratively with other leaders to effectively meet Materials Team goals and objectives.
• Facilitate positive communication rhythms with key stakeholders such as Procurement Leaders and Supply Schedulers by participating in initiatives to align materials management strategies with business goals and objectives.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Prior manufacturing planning or master scheduling experience
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills in English
