About the Role:

Coordina y asegura la ejecución de las inspecciones finales de producto (CSI/GP12). Soporta y gestiona las contenciones de producto no conforme en planta por reclamos internos de CSI/GP12, al igual que la implementación de acciones correctivas para los mismos. Coordina y gestiona las auditorias a la liberación de primera pieza (FAIA). Cumplimiento a la matriz de responsabilidades, al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad BMS y QMS, a los estándares IATF 16949, ISO 14001 y ESDS 20.20 así como a los requerimientos específicos de cliente.

  • Inspector de Calidad.

What You Will Do:

  • Supervisa que los inspectores de calidad cumplan con las inspecciones y estándares de calidad establecidos.
  • Gestiona el análisis de problemas de material o producto identificados en la inspección de calidad (CSI).
  • Retroalimentación sobre temas de calidad a los departamentos de producción, calidad, ingeniería, mantenimiento y materiales.
  • Generar especificaciones de inspección de productos basadas en requisitos del cliente.
  • Identificar y registrar los problemas del producto o proceso reportados durante las auditorias de FAIA o en las inspecciones finales de CSI.
  • Gestionar contenciones para problemas de producto reportados por operaciones con riesgo de escape a cliente y/o identificados en las inspecciones finales de Calidad CSI.
  • Gestionar y administrar las actividades de los inspectores de calidad
  • Otros cargos asignados por el técnico de calidad Sr.

What Makes You Eligible :

  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Important Information

The employee must have compliance with the IATF16949 standard, the specific requirements of clients, the Quality Management System (BMS and QMS Apps) and the Environmental Management System according with ISO 14001 standard and the Health and Safety Management System according with ISO 45001.

As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

The employee has the authority granted by the company through this document to make decisions for the benefit of the company to ensure the conformity of the product, its quality, functionality, the health and safety of the person who intervenes in the process according with quality, safety and environmental systems and customer specific requirements.
