  • Manage the end‑to‑end AWS Private Pricing Agreement (PPA) workflow for DoiT‑supported AWS deals.
  • Review incoming PPA requests for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with program rules.
  • Partner with Sales, Vendor Management, and DoiT teams to validate requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure timely submission, approval workflows, and tracking of PPA lifecycle milestones.
  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation for all PPA transactions.

Metrics & Reporting – AWS Billing and Consumption Data

  • Build performance dashboards tailored for leadership, Sales, and Vendor Management teams.
  • Analyze customer and product‑level AWS usage to uncover insights that improve forecasting and profitability.
  • Partner with Product Management and IT to define data and reporting requirements to ensure accurate and timely reporting is available via our existing reporting tools.

Hyperscaler Vendor Operations Support

  • Serve as an operational liaison for hyperscaler vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.).
  • Manage operational escalations, coordinating across cross‑functional teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Document and improve processes impacting vendor programs, partner incentives, and marketplace operations.

Process & Systems Ownership

  • Partner with IT and Product teams to enhance automation and data accuracy within Ingram systems.
  • Maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, and process documentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, sales operations, billing operations, or vendor management.
  • Experience working with AWS programs, billing data, or cloud marketplace operations preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Sheets skills required (SQL, PowerBI, or Tableau a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional processes in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex operational topics.
  • Strong attention to detail and a mindset focused on process improvement and scalability.

Success Criteria

  • High accuracy and turnaround time for AWS PPAs.
  • Reliable, actionable AWS billing insights for stakeholders.
  • Improved operational efficiency and reduced friction for hyperscaler vendors.
  • Demonstrated ownership of process improvements and cross‑team collaboration.
