The Product Analyst works within the Fidelity Workplace Investing Agile Model as a member of the SPS Customer Solutions Chapter. Product Analysts are tasked with collaborating with Product Managers to elicit, document, and translate high complexity business requirements into Agile feature-level epics. They also drive the effort for developing and executing business acceptance test plan, test strategy and implementing solutions to ensure the highest level of integrity, accuracy, and overall quality are included in the final product.
The Product Analyst must have proven experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key attributes that make up a successful Product Analyst are highly motivated, 'self-starters' with a sense of ownership, driven to succeed. The Product Analyst is successful working individually and within a team structure.
