Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Apply accounting principles to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive internal and external financial reports.
Prepare and consolidate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and accompanying financial notes.
Leverage data analytics tools to automate workflows, optimize reporting processes, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
Coordinate or contribute to complex accounting projects and initiatives across various functions.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting, or audits.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards (e.g., US GAAP, Swiss GAAP)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI etc.
Proven ability to prepare and consolidate financial statements, perform financial analysis, and support audits and tax compliance.
A continuous improvement mindset with experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
