About the Role
Drive enterprise-wide transformation as the Finance Lead, overseeing a ~$1.3B optimization program. This high visibility role requires strong cross functional teamwork and coordination skills. Align with program owners, The People Office (TPO), functional leads, transformation consultants, and finance executives to develop transformation initiatives and track and forecast the financial impacts.
What you will be doing:
Primary owner of Future Forward Accelerated (FF-A) financial impact reporting to executives. Including weekly updates to the CEO and quarterly updates to the Board of Directors
Ensure that the impacts of initiatives are accurately represented in the P&L; applying appropriate accounting treatment, deduplicating initiatives and calendarizing impacts
Forecast planned actions and align timing and impacts with the budget and communicate delays/overdrives and other material changes in the forecast to relevant finance leads
Work with TPO, pillar leads, and external consulting firm to oversee governance and determine appropriate processes for FF-A best practices
Maintain finance tracking files and verify actuals as new data comes in from TPO and pillar finance partners
Support segment CFOs by assessing the impacts of revenue and pricing initiatives on the business
Work cross-functionally on business case development to ensure feasibility and strong financial return on investment
Secure funding (capex, OTE, opex, etc.) for business case and ensure alignment between initiative impacts and the financial plan
Ad hoc analytics as required
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Typically requires a minimum of 8years years financial management experience
Requires strong project management skills
Strong analytical and financial modeling capability
Experience preparing executive-level communications and presentations
Ability to synthesize complex financial concepts for senior stakeholders
Background in Corporate Finance and knowledge of labor reporting is vital: headcount reporting, severance rules, OTE protocols, etc.
Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
Ability to design, document and implement process improvements
Knowledge of Workday, Adaptiv, FISRPT
