You will play a critical role in supporting factory quality execution, driving right-first-time production, and embedding quality early in the product lifecycle.
This role partners closely with internal cross-functional teams and supplier factories to ensure compliance with LS&Co quality standards, reduce defects, and deliver products that meet our global quality and safety expectations.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across assigned factories and production units.
Monitor day-to-day compliance with LS&Co quality standards, QMP guidelines, and PER processes, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues as needed.
Act as a key quality partner on the production floor, supporting the identification, analysis, and resolution of quality issues across all key checkpoints.
Collaborate closely with Product Development, Finishing, Raw Materials, and factory teams to embed quality early and support smooth seasonal execution.
Execute and support line audits, risk assessments, inline and final inspections, contributing to QMP 2.0 implementation and DHU reduction initiatives using SPC and structured problem-solving tools.
Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to QA inspectors and factory teams to strengthen inspection effectiveness and process control.
Analyze audit and inspection data to identify trends and recurring issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
Support CSC (Customer Service Center) audits, including factory preparation, documentation coordination, and closure of audit findings.
Contribute to supplier capability-building initiatives, including training support and continuous improvement follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to defect rates, audit performance, safety compliance, and seasonal readiness.
Support timely and effective start-up execution for new styles, processes, or factories.
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within the garments or textile industry.
Technical & Professional Skills
High level of professional work ethics, integrity, accountability, and ownership in driving quality outcomes and meeting commitments.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, inspection methodologies, and quality checkpoints.
Working knowledge of AQL, DHU analysis, 5S, SPC, and root cause analysis tools
Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to guide, influence, and coach factory.
Strong ethical standards and integrity, with consistent adherence to LS&Co Code of Conduct and responsible business practices.
Effective communication skills in English and the local language, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, documentation, and quality systems.
Working knowledge of product safety, compliance requirements, and global audit standards.
