Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are scalable and high-performing. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver effective results, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software design and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend ETL.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Strong understanding of data integration processes and ETL methodologies.
- Experience with database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and modern software development frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Talend ETL.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
