As a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner, you will play a key role in translating business needs into high-quality digital solutions that support global healthcare innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, impactful products while ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical execution. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Refine Features into clear, testable User Stories with acceptance criteria

  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog (Stories, Defects, Enablers)

  • Partner with Product Management to align backlog with business priorities

  • Support sprint planning, estimation, and Program Increment (PI) activities

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Architects to validate requirements and dependencies

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demos

  • Support defect resolution and maintain release readiness

  • Ensure requirements are captured and traceable within ALM tools

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role

  • Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
    Strong backlog management and prioritization skills

  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into technical requirements

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams

  • Familiarity with ALM tools and DevOps/CI/CD practices

  • Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills

  • Based in or able to work from Canada (remote/hybrid)
