Linxon’s Global Business Services (GBS) center, operates as the strategic backbone of our business operations. GBS is an agile, future-focused Center of Excellence offering exciting career opportunities. We provide young professionals with the chance to explore various roles, from Transactional Services to more strategic areas such as Audit and Controllership (encompassing project, business and corporate-level responsibilities), FP & A and Treasury.

Engagement plan:

• Training on the basic accounting requirements in Linxon & Oracle.

• Training on various aspects of audit, controls, Financials consolidation.

• Understanding the financials of various entities at different countries & local requirements. 

• Fundamentals of Project controlling, Project accounting, Revenue recognition & IFRS.

• Treasury processes training in Linxon.

• FP&A training at Global level / hub level / entity level.

Growth / Career navigation path:

• Business controllership in entities at different countries / at GBS

• Corporate controllership / Financial consolidation 

• Audits (Internal / external)
