We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Compliance Associate to join and work from our Sydney CBD office, supporting all ANZ locations.

In this role, you will manage and support infrastructure projects, compliance, and delivering both in-person and remote end-user support. You’ll collaborate with Otis global IT partners across Network, Compute/Storage, and Workplace domains, while working closely with regional and global Digital Technology teams to deliver high-quality, reliable IT services.

  • 12 months fixed term role

  • Based in Sydney, CBD

  • Matrix reporting to local and regional managers

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all IT infrastructure, compliance, and administrative operations.

  • Collaborate with global and local third-party vendors to manage IT infrastructure services.

  • Proficient in ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution of incidents.

  • Plan, manage, and deliver key IT projects on time with effective reporting.

  • Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles.

  • Support change management processes and perform compliance audits.

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and monitoring.

  • Provide administrative support as required.

What you will need to be successful

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking and on-premises services (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or similar certifications would be an advantage) 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field

  • 3 -5 years of working experience in an IT related roles

  • Have experience with audit and compliance frameworks such as SOX or J-SOX 

  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms

  • Proactive and collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, and committed to meeting or exceeding service levels

  • ​Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
