業務内容
・Lot startおよびwafer inventory管理に対し問題点を見つけ改善活動を実行する。 

・Test Waferについて管理手法の改善と、関連部門とCommunicationし新しいQualification用Lotの開発を行う。

・TW cost reductionを目的とし、Recycle/Reclaim waferの所要や使用量をモニターして関連部門へ問題提起や改善立案を行う。 

・Site内の自動搬送効率の改善のため、FOUP管理方法の問題点を分析し、改善策を立案実行する。

・Siteの生産計画を基に海外サイトとののWafer輸送計画を実現する。また、自動化を進め業務効率の改善とCapacityの改善を行う。

・海外サイトとのCommunicationを活性化させ、Best Know Methodを作り上げ自サイトあるいは他サイトへ展開する。 

要件（全て満たしている必要は無い） 

・各部門とのコミュニケーション能力がある。 

・海外サイトとのコミュニケーション能力/折衝能力がある。 

・様々な 複雑な業務に関して、独自の考えに基づき、遂行出来る。 

・課題を整理し、解決できる能力を有する。 

・英語でのコミュニケーションスキル。
