Summary: As an SAP SCM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, integrated solutions across Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP) modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to define system architecture, streamline supply chain processes, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy. Your role involves providing thought leadership, driving end-to-end solution design, and guiding delivery teams to achieve operational excellence through SAP best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SCM covering SD, MM, and PP modules, with deep understanding of their integration and process dependencies. • Architect and govern end-to-end supply chain solutions ensuring consistency, scalability, and business alignment. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust SAP designs. • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring technical and functional excellence across deliverables. • Provide strategic input in solution design decisions impacting multiple process areas and business units. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization in line with evolving business needs. • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities and promote cross-domain learning. • Oversee project progress, ensuring architectural integrity and adherence to enterprise standards. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must-have: Deep expertise in SAP SD, MM, and PP modules, including process integration across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and plan-to-produce cycles. • Strong background in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Production Engineering & Operations (PEO). • Proven experience in solution architecture, integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, and end-to-end business process mapping. • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize production planning, procurement, and logistics workflows. • Familiarity with data management, reporting, and analytics tools supporting supply chain operations. • Understanding of S/4HANA and its digital capabilities across supply chain modules is highly desirable. . This role requires extended shift B support, until 11.30 PM IST. Qualifications: • Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SCM (SD–MM–PP) solution design and delivery, preferably within Discrete Manufacturing or Engineering industries. • Bachelor’s degree (15 years full-time education) required; advanced certifications in SAP SCM or Solution Architecture preferred. • Location: Hyderabad/ Chennai.
