Job Description:

This is a fully on-site position located at our Administration office in Baton Rouge, LA. Relocation Assistance is not offered for this role.

SCOPE: The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing technical data, creating actionable reports, and maintaining essential databases to support business operations. This role involves managing support requests, collaborating with third-party vendors to resolve issues, and ensuring seamless software or hardware implementations. Additionally, the Data Analyst ensures that critical products remain up-to-date with stable release versions and performs development tasks as needed to maintain and improve business applications. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrating a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence. Proficiency in tools like Power BI and SQL Server is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Meeting deadlines with precision and maintaining a high level of attention to detail are key aspects of this role.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 

- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

1-3 years of experience in Data Analytics required

Relevant computer science/IT/programming certifications are a plus but not required
Familiarity with database systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server)
Advanced knowledge of data analysis/visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, etc.
Knowledge of programming and scripting languages is helpful.

Must be located in Baton Rouge, LA or surrounding area and be able to commute to our administration office independently.
