Services Specialist, Managed Print Services

Description -

JD –

Responsible for driving the Managed Printing Services & Solution business :-

  • Planning, implementation and operationalization of sales strategy in those Strategic accounts.
  • Seek out new business opportunities, expand and enhance share of workplace services in those Strategic / Local New Accounts
  • Driving the business from identification to implementation and meet assigned business quota.
  • To involve in the business issues identification  and resolution. Work closely with multi- level contacts in large/strategic enterprise accounts to develop and manage strategic relationships with the client senior management/Leadership Team
  • Drive Customer Leadership Engagement Initiatives
  • Accountable for Leading/Handling/Monitoring/Submission of Technical Bids/Commercial Proposals in Strategic Accounts.
  • Responsible for building, enhancing & sustaining high level / strategic relationships with client Leadership Team and Key Contacts.
  • Ensuring cross-departmental relationship to ensure that deliverables are extended as per the agreement and agreed scope of work.
  • Responsible for getting the business revenues from new stream of offering in those strategic accounts by upselling and cross selling of workplace services.
  • Supporting Operations, Delivery and Collection Team from Account Management Perspective to meet the organizational expectation and targets
  • Driving the business from identification to implementation and meet assigned business quota.
  • Accountable for accomplishing the targets in terms of addition of new corporate accounts, revenue generation through a team of account managers & to ensure healthy and profitable business.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA in sales/Marketing from good B School
  • Enterprise sales experience with min 10years experience
  • Print industry experience is a must.
  • Should have experience selling MPS.
  • Strong connect with the print partners in the south and West territory.
  • Strong channel MPS experience will be added advantage.
