This role supports the Crew Lead of Product and Investing Solutions and the Crew Lead of Digital and Customer, who manage teams that are responsible for existing and new products and enhancements, product innovation as well as customer and digital experiences.

We are seeking an experienced (5+ years) EA who is currently supporting multiple managers (or who has done so in the past) and is a multi-tasker master!  CommSec is a sought after employer, with energetic teams that work hard but have fun in doing so.

Do work that matters

You will provide executive support to two Crew Leads within CommSec and your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:

  • Provide efficient and professional delivery of administrative and business support

  • Diary and inbox management – scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of their time

  • Assist in meeting preparation, such as any packs or materials that are available for review prior to meetings

  • Coordinate internal/external meetings with clients/stakeholders – including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings

  • Arrange events/functions/off-sites/team building events, including catering where required

  • Participate in meetings and coordinate agendas, actions and tracking

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements

  • Process financials, including expenses and invoices and appropriate approvals

  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct which sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience (5+ years)

  • Superior skills in Microsoft Office tools

  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment - manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible

  • High level of pragmatic professionalism – face to face, over the phone and through correspondence

  • Self-motivated individual, who displays a pro-active style, has exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
