About the Role

1. Experience Study & Assumption Setting
- GAAMCO 일정에 따라 계리 가정 설정 및 가정 변경에 따른 영향 검증
- 가정 설정 및 경험 분석 프로세스 개선
- 가정 변경 이력 관리 및 내부 통제 수행
- 연간 감사 대응을 위한 프로세스 관리
2. A/E Monitoring & Business Insight 제공
- Actual vs Expected(A/E) 분석 및 보고서 작성
- 실제 데이터를 기반으로 한 경험 분석을 통한 경영진 의사 결정 지원
- KIDI 및 금융감독원(FSS) 요구 자료 및 보고 대응
3. Actuarial Model Assumption Governance
- 계리 데이터의 정확성 및 품질 관리
- 보고 기준에 따른 모델 가정 입력 및 통제 체계 구축
- 가정 예측력 개선을 위한 정기 백테스트 수행
4. Experience-based Risk Rate Development
- 데이터 충분성 검증에 기반한 위험률 개발 대상 선정
- 위험률 개발을 위한 경험 데이터 제공
- 내부 경험과 개발된 위험률 정합성(On-level) 검토
5. Persistency Management
- 유지율 경험 분석 및 개선 요인 도출
- 영업 채널과 협업하여 실행 방안 도출
- 비즈니스 인사이트 기반 유지율 보고서 작성 및 공유
[자격 요건]
- 수학, 통계학 계리학 등 관련 전공자
- 계리 관련 지식 및 실무 경험 보유자
- 계리 소프트웨어 활용 경험자
- 비즈니스 영어 활용 가능자
- 우수한 논리적 사고력 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자
