As a PMO Integration engineer/specialist, you are responsible for integrating cross-functional, cross-site, and cross-domain strategic initiatives into cohesive, executable programs that enable Fab15 and DRAM Asia business plan success.  You will be collaborating across multiple disciplines , cost, yield , people, AI etc and with fab leadership team and network to manage and run vital programs as well as escalating key program risk. This role provides an opportunity to see how changing business environment impacts site goals are translated to actions, directly impacting site, develops project management related skills.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Program/Project management

  • Drive site-level and DRAM Asia–level integration programs that cut across multiple discipline (Cost, Yield, SPEED, People, AI, Construction, Business Planning)
  • Translate changing business environment signals into structured programs, action plans, and governance
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are clearly connected to BIC targets, business plan commitments, and leadership priorities
  • Manage program interdependencies, sequencing, and handoffs across organizations
  • Establish and maintain program charters, scope, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Identify program risks, integration gaps, and misalignments early; escalate with clear mitigation options
  • Control scope, priority, and change management across integrated initiatives
  • Provide structured, concise program health updates to site and network leadership
  • Conduct business environment scans (internal and external) and assess impact to site operations, cost, yield, labor, and execution
  • Collect ground-sensing inputs from ERGs, forums, workshops, and operational feedback loops
  • Convert qualitative signals into quantified risks, scenarios, and action recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders to execute timely mitigation plans
  • Potential projects examples but not limited to Job Rotation framework, Leadership needs framework, Summit planning, Site event planning and execution

Network Engagement

  • Represent your site on the assigned category in collaboration work with Frontend SPMO network, OCT, and SEAL
  • Ensure network BKMs and activities that are of value to your site are implemented
  • Work with the Frontend SPMO and network for comparative benchmarking and ensure projects are fast followed, copied and implemented on home site.
  • Work with Central team to develop and ensure key projects are executed on schedule, to planned scope, and within budget
