Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist and be the crucial link between our customers and engineering teams. In this role, you'll dive deep into technical problem-solving, provide solutions to customer needs, and provide high level support that goes beyond traditional service.
You'll have the opportunity to perform root cause analysis, and collaborate closely with Engineering and R&D teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your analytical mindset, programming skills in C/C++, and passion for technology will drive you to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in embedded systems. As a key player in our technical support services, you'll help shape the future of our products, while ensuring our customers stay ahead with timely solutions.
