SCOPE OF THE WORK

• Support Corp team in all types of Corp matters, including merge and acquisition, foreign direct investment, employment, private equity and venture capital, etc.

• Provide legal and business research

• Provide legal translation

• Make calls with local authorities to inquire for legal and regulatory issues

• Collect, compile and format legal documents

• Prepare advice and other communications internally to the team and externally to clients

REQUIREMENTS

• PRC bar qualified is a MUST; foreign bar qualification is preferred but not required

• PRC law degree from reputable law school is required; foreign law degree or education is preferred but not required

• Work or internship experience in Corporate practice with reputable law firms is preferred

• Working experience in servicing foreign clients is preferred

• Native Chinese and fluent English
