Your Impact

The Producer is the point of contact for creative delivery projects in their functional area under their Manager, Creative Production. This position assists the Manager with creative delivery jobs in an assigned functional area. The Producer creates and manages creative job schedules in Workfront, confirms resource assignment within the creative function, ensures scope and budget set by Project Management are achievable and reports on job progress daily and weekly. The Producer runs jobs within a single, specific channel and assists the Creative Production Manager. The Producer runs jobs that are low to medium in complexity and have low to medium impact to the brand and the customer. This requires experience within a single channel and creative discipline in any one of the following: digital, social media, print, broadcast TV, radio and video.

What You Will Do

  • Develops and maintains a project schedule to be shared among Marketing and Creative teams.

  • Partners with the team to develop creative ways to ensure feasibility of deliverables.

  • Responsible for Tier 2-3 project kick-off sessions with internal and external partners.

  • Collaborates with the Creative Production Manager to ensure the workload is manageable and the budgets are reviewed to avoid overages.

  • Tracks job completion status and matches to the media distribution calendar.

  • Ensures all creative assets are routed through our internal legal partners following the established process, including real Red Vest Associate talent leveraged during production.

  • Leads the collection of creative output from internal partners and external vendors.

  • Accountable for the delivery of final pieces to distribution platforms according to their specifications.

  • Interfaces with vendors and agencies to communicate delivery updates as well as creative updates and changes when necessary.

  • Manages jobs by coordinating timelines, scheduling, logistics, and revisions as appropriate.

  • Partners with Creative Delivery Managers in the execution and management of larger projects to build understanding and capability of creative delivery excellence.

  • Identifies risks and threats to job completion and escalates to Lead Producer and/or Creative Production Manager.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable

  • 5 Years General Marketing Experience

  • 2-4 Years Experience in production

  • 2-4 Years Experience in project management


Preferred Skills/Education

  • Experience in a retail/home improvement environment
