Join us as a Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll monitor and analyse the marketplace, participate in sales strategies and policies, and generate and facilitate the total solution of our business development and continuous growth. In doing so, you’ll meet customer needs and assist the business in achieving our lending commitment while ensuring business goals are met in a manner consistent with our values. You’ll effectively handle concerns and complaints at first point of contact, ensuring the delivery of good customer outcomes at every interaction, and you’ll formulate and drive a business plan to achieve all KPI’s.
You’ll also:
We’re looking for someone with an understanding of audit and risk requirements, both internally and externally, and experience of meeting and exceeding customer needs. You’ll hold, or be willing to work towards a relevant professional qualification.
It's Mandatory to hold the Diploma in Lending Skills Professional Qualification, or equivalent. If not held there will be a requirement to study for and complete the qualification within 18 months of enrolment.
