Job Description:

We’re looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by carrying out administrative tasks. You could be part of the team. What will your day-to-day look like?

  • You’ll support the different administrative tasks that may arise daily at your work center
  • Data entry
  • Communicating with clients by phone and email
  • Providing in-person support at reception
  • Ensuring compliance with all internal company rules and procedures
  • Working as part of a team with colleagues at your center to achieve company objectives
  • In short: you’re proactive and organized, and you know how to make a difference in your area!

What do we expect from you?

  • Required qualification: High school diploma or vocational training (mid or higher level). A completed or ongoing university degree is a plus
  • A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate level of English will be value
  • Basic computer skills (user level)
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be valued
