OVERVIEW:

Role Responsibilities:
 

Design, Develop, and Produce Creative Solutions

  • Concept and production of design for a range of in-store marketing materials.  This includes brand approach, visual and voice standards, activation ideas and tactical promotion to fully realize breakthrough creative that supports the brand vision and stands out.

  • Takes branding, and style guides and is able to incorporate them across all materials for a consistent brand experience.

  • Understands and implements best retail practices.

Cross Functional Teammates:

  • Collaborates with cross functional teammates in visual merchandising, merchants, and store planners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Supports senior designers and project managers within In-Store Communications.

  • Collaborates with internal creative team to concept and develop marketing campaigns and style guides.

Industry Trends:

  • Remains current in the latest design techniques and best practices.

Cross Functional Partnerships

  • Participate in strategic discussions around creative positioning, trends and consumer behavior with our Merchandising and Visual teams by providing insight and opportunities.  Articulate ideas, solutions and provide sound recommendations to secure alignment around strategic creative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree BA or BS in Art/Graphic Design, Business, Marketing or Communications

  • 3-5 years experience

  • Minimum of 3 years + of design experience – preferably from a major retail chain or advertising/design/marketing agency with retail clients
