The Quality Supervisor will provide overall quality responsibility through the product’s life cycle by confirming production processes and products comply with quality standards. This role will provide guidance and support to quality technicians through leadership that exemplifies our core values and “People First” culture.

 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Ability to effectively lead, coach, inspire, develop, and motivate quality technicians
  • Support PPAP inspections of incoming purchase orders
  • Evaluate and implement effective solutions to quality related problems
  • Assist inspectors and manufacturing on disposition of defective material
  • Analyze and make disposition of rejected materials
  • Coordinate and execute quality audits internally and externally
  • Responsible for product supplier quality and process control reports
  • Respond to quality process nonconformance issues in an expedient manner
  • Implement effective corrective and preventative actions utilizing structured planning methods
  • Coordinate and work inter-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Contracts, Sales, and Manufacturing to resolve quality related issues
  • Accurately maintain company records and documents in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Process all product quality deficiency reports on time (includes CIR, PQDR, CAR, TIR, etc.)
  • Monitoring departmental progress to ensure that noted goals and/or KPI’s are met
  • Other duties, as assigned

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED with three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience.
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate Degree or Certification in related field or equivalent work experience in quality function
  • 2-3 years’ quality experience
  • Understanding of quality principles, practices, and process improvement methods
  • Previous leadership experience or experience leading group projects, or training and mentoring new employees

Pay Range:

$72,200.00 - $116,200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
